Establish a fitness routine that is easy to fit into your day.
Men, don’t worry too much about work outs during your lunch breaks; most of the things I’m doing are within 15 minutes of my office. Here’s what I do: Run for 30 minutes every day. This is my quick workout that I like to do before going to work. All you need is a pair of running shoes, a pair of gym shorts, a t-shirt, an open wallet, and a cell phone. Workout each day, without looking back! Take 3-5 minutes every day to lift heavy weights in the gym. Many of the workouts you see on TV or on the internet will build muscle. However, lifting heavy weights during your workout and lifting lightly is the best way to get the biggest gains in body fat.
I’m lifting at least 5-10 lbs of weight for 10 reps, and lifting for a total of 20 reps per workout. Remember, your body doesn’t need to burn a lot of calories for the body fat to decrease. Keep it quick. Work out every day. The more you exercise, the quicker the body fat will decrease. Protein Make sure to take a protein drink every day. I like to take a protein shake about 30 minutes before working out, and I add protein powder to the drink. I do this for 3-4 months, and the body fat started to come off.
You don’t need protein shakes in order to get lean; you just need to start taking a protein drink every day. Protein helps your muscles grow bigger, so if you have a bad workout, you will recover faster. Protein is important for creating muscle.
